After considering many destinations and venues the client decided that the JW Marriott in Venice was the perfect stage to host their exclusive brand conference. On arrival into Venice guests were welcomed by model butlers and taken to their water taxi’s. The first evening guests attended a welcome reception on the roof terrace where they enjoyed Aperol Spritz, Prosecco and a selection of delicious canapes.
The three day conference included plenary sessions, workshops and team building. The workshop rooms were inspired by everyday luxury tasks undertaken in the brand's boutiques.
On the second evening dinner was hosted in the JW Marriott’s onsite church. Performers entertained guests during dinner giving mystery and enchantment to the evening. The final day was created with fun in mind, the morning included speed dating sessions in the gardens where different departments and countries had the opportunity to network and share stories in the sunshine. In the afternoon the 'Olympics' commenced - enjoyed by all it was a platform to bring out the indivudal's competitive streak! The farewell dinner was held at the stunning Palazzo Pisani Moretta a beautiful palace dating back to the 1800’s.
Venice is a favourite of YES and we can't wait to return.
